Medical Missions

HELP

During the three years that Jesus walked on this earth as a man, He demonstrated His love for mankind through His actions, such as feeding the people, talking and walking with them, and healing them.Through our medical ministry, we want to meet physical needs of people wherever God leads us.

HOPE

There is a more important aspect of our Medical Ministry. As we help with their physical condition, we also share Christ’s love for them, giving them hope for a better tomorrow, through belief in Jesus as their Savior and Healer.

HEAVEN

Our primary mission is to show people the only Way to heaven, which is through faith in Jesus Christ, the only Son of the one true God.By putting our faith into action, the lost of the world can see Jesus through us.

WHERE WE WORK

Our medical teams travel to many areas of need…countries such as Uganda, Kenya, Bolivia, Mexico, Russia, and Mongolia. We partner with native pastors and missionaries to provide free medical care in areas where there is little or no access to doctors. Our teams take in medicines and supplies, setting up clinic in remote areas…sometimes under trees.People will travel for many hours, usually on foot, to see a doctor. After they are treated physically, we share about the spiritual healing that is available through the love of Jesus Christ.

Our trips take place throughout the year and we can always use more help.We are happy to have doctors, nurses, and other trained medical personnel…but we can also use those who simply have a heart to help.We offer “on-the-job” training!

SOME AREAS OF MISSION WORK….

Bolivia is the poorest country in South America, with an average yearly income of $1000.Most people profess Catholicism, but many incorporate pagan and ancient animistic beliefs. Through our medical ministry, we can meet a great physical need in Bolivia, and also carry the message of Jesus Christ to a country in desperate need of an eternal hope. We have several on-going programs in Bolivia......

MOUNTAIN VILLAGES ARE isolated by difficult terrain and lack of transportation. We take small teams into remote areas to provide medical care for people who have few sources of health care and all of the villagers hear the gospel. We work with local pastors to assure discipleship of new believers.

If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that?”James 2:15-16

Uganda, Africa. The average income is $300 yearly, and the people have been devastated by the AIDS epidemic, malaria, tuberculosis, and typhoid fever. We make yearly trips to different villages in Ugandato provide free medical care and outreach.

JUNGLE MEDICINE – BOLIVIA, SOUTH AMERICA

We take teams into jungle villages along small rivers in Bolivia. These tribes are very isolated and many of them never leave their native village.Diseases that are easily cured with antibiotics are deadly in the jungle villages, due to lack of access to medicines.
